Executive Summary
The George S. Rider Company began as a consulting engineering company founded by George Rider, a professor at Case Institute of Technology, now Case Western Reserve University. The company was incorporated in 1913. At some point architects were added to the staff and moved forward as full service architecture and engineering consultants. From 1898 until 2002 the company provided programming, planning, architecture, and engineering services. The last contract for the above services were accepted in late 2001 and after completion the company ceased active work.
